'Natura', the natural union between solids and liquids
Sanz and Sahuquillo want to present their idea of the possibility of a different kind of pairing and, in their own words, they have decided to leave behind "kombuchas, kefirs, distillates and other clichés" to make drinks with wild, alcoholic and ancestral fermentations. A truly different harmony between dishes and food pairing.
