Chef Kristian Baumann brings his rich intercultural cuisine to the public at San Sebastian Gastronomika Euskadi Basque Country.
During this talk, Kristian Baumann, a Danish chef with Korean roots, will explain his culinary journey. A journey that has led him to rediscover the cuisine of his native Korea, which he presents with a Danish aesthetic. To this end, Baumann will prepare some of his dishes on stage, such as cold noodles with lobster or oysters with gamtae.
