Migrants
Since the Renaissance, Florence has welcomed people from all over the world and is a key driver of history, culture and art.
The kitchen of Gucci Osteria continues to welcome people, but above all ideas and gastronomic cultures from all over the world that inspire each other, continually creating new dishes built on a solid network of producers from all over Tuscany and Italy. Cuisine is by definition migrant, made of exchanges, and Piazza della Signoria confirms itself as the not only physical but also symbolic centre of Florence where one dares to look at Italian cuisine with a new, fresh and irreverent gaze, taking guests on a journey of colours, flavours, memories and encounters.
