Chilhood memories

The main idea of this presentation is to describe Sebastian Frank's philosophy about vegetables.

Since 2022 he does not serve meat and fish in Horváth. Animal fats such as lard or pig's blood are still used, but only in addition to vegetables. Vegetables are thus 'emancipated' or put on an equal footing with animal products. 

Sebastian will also explain his philosophy of only using products he was socialised with and grew up with in rural Austria. This reinforces his philosophy of creativity through censorship: being limited in the products you use means being more creative with that limited scope.
