A journey through more than 20 years of the history of the Padrón brothers' restaurant, revealing the techniques of their cuisine and justifying their current moment with three Michelin stars and four Repsol Suns in the Canary Islands.
The Padrón brothers are a gastronomic institution in the Canary Islands. On this occasion, they are coming to the mainland not only to share with us some of the essence of the islands, but also to help us remember what El Rincón de Juan Carlos has meant to Canarian gastronomy.
