For the first time, Pedrito Sánchez explains the Basque influence on his personal Andalusian cuisine.

Pedrito Sánchez is returning to San Sebastián Gastronómica 24 years after he first attended the event as a trainee under Martín Berasategui.

Sanchez will talk about the influence of Basque cuisine on him and how San Sebastian itself is, in one way or another, part of the identity of all the country's chefs. 

He will illustrate his point with three recipes inspired by the popular pil-pil.
