AI versus human creativity. The machine challenges the chef

Playing with the gastronomic possibilities of AI.

On the stage of the Kursaal, the AI, with the help of researcher and physicist Eneko Axpe, a Nasa collaborator, will propose the recipe for a menu based on ingredients chosen by lottery. The Fundación Alicia kitchen team will follow the AI's instructions to create the recipe, while Valencian chef Ricard Camarena will make his own creative proposal based on these ingredients. A jury made up of other chefs will blindly taste both proposals.
