In Donosti we love cinema almost as much as we love good food. At first glance, an Arzak menu could be like a film. Each visit is a sequence. And each sequence is designed to surprise and delight the little audience hidden in the diner's taste buds.
There are many ingredients in this film. It is a choral work with big names that are traditionally the protagonists. But in this menu, through a twist of the script, millimetrically traced in his laboratory, these ingredients give way to others. They are called Secundarios con Estrella. They are allowed to shine and make the main ingredient shine.
