This presentation will introduce a new cooking technique that does not use heat to cook.
It is totally revolutionary, as the flavours obtained are new and allow chefs to experiment with traditional products in search of new results. We can say that it is the fastest tool known to date, perhaps the most sustainable and with organoleptic properties that have never been tested before.
