A new Lisbon. The city where there is room for everyone

Marlene Vieira and João Sá will be in San Sebastián to talk about what can be found in this 'new Lisbon', which is being transformed by the different forms of art, which is developing and evolving with the different cultures that inhabit it, and how they mix with its own history and gastronomic culture.
To illustrate this, they will present some of the dishes that are part of their menus and that demonstrate this exchange of cultures in the city of Lisbon.
