Over the last ten years, Basque Culinary Center has been building up layers of knowledge and content. On the institution's tenth anniversary, the talk will touch on its current academic range, and how this has evolved with new concepts and techniques. The journey culminates with knowledge of the primary sector, showcasing the vegetable plantation as a resource for training and creativity.
