Terrae: home, wild produce and the future
Sponsored by Cabildo de Gran Canaria

‘Game, Wild Produce and the Future’ asks: can the larder that grows and thrives in our hills also be the larder of the future?
The gastronomic value of what nature offers in rural communities, as well as the management, use and conservation of game, mushrooms, plants, wild fruits and other local resources, will take centre stage in a debate. The event offers a glimpse into the rural world of the Terrae movement, which champions local knowledge as the best tool for the future.
