For the first time, San Sebastián Gastronomika will host the final of the traditional Gipuzkoa Pintxos Championship. The competition is organised by the Gipuzkoa Hospitality Business Association and supported by the Basque Government’s Department of Tourism, Trade and Consumer Affairs, as well as the Department of Tourism of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa. This marks the sixth edition of the Pintxos, Banderillas and Miniature Cuisine Championship.
