In this tasting, Mireia Torres, Innovation and Knowledge Director at Bodegas Torres, will show you how this century-old winery adapts oenological innovation to the different areas in which it operates.
On a tour of the four D.O.'s (Rias Baixas, Ribera del Duero, Costers del Segre and Penedès), wines will be tasted that stand out for their innovative approach to production and ageing in different containers, such as jars, amphorae, granite eggs or cement tanks made from the soil of the vineyard from which the wine comes.
