In recent years, Mauro's influence and philosophy, embodied in Mariano and Eduardo García, have extended beyond the Duero Valley. As Garmón and San Román have become indispensable references among the great wines of Ribera and Toro, their interest in other areas and people has led them to other wine-growing regions, such as the flourishing Bierzo (Valeyo) or the historic Rioja Alavesa (Baynos).
