Guided by two illustrious masters of the world of wine, Marcos Granda, businessman and sommelier with seven Michelin stars, and Israel Ramírez, general manager of the Saddle restaurant, we will discover the best-kept secrets of Gipuzkoa's vineyards and wineries.
Each wine will be paired with regional delicacies to complement and enhance each it.
