Tribute to Pedro Subijana
This year's tribute goes to Pedro Subijana, one of the fathers of the New Basque Cuisine.
An award that recognises the career of one of the most important chefs of the last 50 years and one of the fathers of the new Basque cuisine, Pedro Subijana, at the head of Akelarre*** since 1970.
Subijana is also the only chef who has been a speaker at the 25 editions of San Sebastian Gastronomika to date.
