The Provincial Council of Cádiz has brought together two of the most important young talents in Cadiz's cuisine to offer a menu specially created for the occasion.

Cádiz has an authentic and genuine way of understanding life and experiencing gastronomy. You eat as you live. Take your time, without rushing, and enjoy the experiences and emotions offered by the products of the natural larder that stretches from the sea to the mountains, through the countryside. 

Cádiz in Every Moment is a unique opportunity to travel around the province and live a unique experience with the journalist José Ferrer and the chefs Juan Viu of the Mare de Cádiz restaurant and Pedro Aguilera of the Mesón Sabor Andaluz in Alcalá del Valle. Both will offer a proposal that combines the tradition and innovation of their cuisine. Local products will be at the centre of preparations, presentations and combinations that will surprise the senses and leave no one indifferent.
