Eating in Ibiza, the product club of Fomento del Turismo on the island of Ibiza, and the restaurant Taste of Salia, with chef Miguel López, are taking part in San Sebastián Gastronomika.

In collaboration with the Consell de Ibiza and Ibiza Travel, they will be presenting a gastronomy based on fresh, seasonal cuisine that highlights the authenticity of the Mediterranean and the Ibizan countryside.

The richness of Ibiza, with its balance between products from the land and the sea, will be presented at San Sebastian Gastronomika 2024 through the Taste of Salia restaurant and its chef, Miguel López. A proposal that invites you to experience a unique fusion of Ibizan culinary tradition and innovation.

A tribute to local gastronomy that invites guests to discover the spirit of the island through a culinary experience that challenges the senses and celebrates Mediterranean flavours.
