Georgia all day: a new pub culture

A new approach to hospitality: an open house where you can eat, drink and socialise all day long. The oven and freshly baked bread are at the heart of the concept, evolving as the day progresses.

Nino Kiltava (K’era), Madrid
The essence of a Georgian home is conveyed here, as it becomes a meeting place where love is expressed through food. This time, however, it goes one step further with an 'all-day open' concept, meaning it is no longer just a restaurant but welcomes guests at any time of day. The heart of the venue is occupied by a large, traditional oven visible to all customers, and the culinary offering is structured around this. The breads and pastries made daily act as the common thread running through the entire menu. There are breakfasts featuring freshly baked bread and speciality coffee, a brunch menu which, once a month, takes the form of a buffet, and late-afternoon gatherings with DJs spinning vinyl, creating the perfect setting in which to enjoy the venue's signature cocktails.
