As is customary, it will take place on the final day, which is Wednesday 7 October this year.
First held in 2010, the San Sebastián Gastronomika – Euskadi Basque Country National Barbecue Competition follows on from the success of the Planeta Parrilla conference. The competition aims to showcase one of our most distinctive and exquisite culinary traditions – barbecuing – and seeks out the ‘greatest’ barbecue chefs from all corners of Spain.
