Workshop
Biodynamic food, food with essence
Sponsored by Asociación para la Agricultura Biodonámica en España

In a world dominated by ultra-processed foods and products that are increasingly removed from their natural origins, rediscovering the authentic flavour of food takes on a whole new dimension. The question is whether flavour can become a way of recognising the quality of what we eat: not just its outward appearance, but what it contains and how it has been produced. Biodynamics therefore invites us to look beyond the aesthetics of food and to consider its intrinsic quality, its origin, its traceability and the conditions under which it has been grown.
Event led by Julio Arroyo García Abad.
