The Kursaal's terrace will be chock-a-block with smoke, fire and embers during the morning, to eventually reveal the winner of the traditional National Grill Competition.
Now in its twelfth year, this contest has become one of the events arousing most expectation at every San Sebastian Gastronomika Euskadi Basque-Country. The country's best grill masters and the best meat masters waiting to see who will take over from last year's winner, San Sebastián roast restaurant Narru.
