At Gastronomika, Navarre will be showcasing the young talent that will ensure its future. The recent winners of the third edition of Gastronomika Talent Navarra, Nacho Gómara (Verduarte, voted best chef and best use of vegetables) and Isaac Álvarez and Jaizkibel Zunzarren (Ulzama, best pintxo bar) will prepare recipes to be paired with wines suggested by Beatriz López (Reyna de Copas, best sommelier).
