Miguel Hernández, of the restaurant Por Herencia, represents the 3rd generation of a family saga in the restaurant business.
A lover of his land and its traditions, he always tries to reflect this in his cooking, searching the Murcian larder and the family recipe book. In his dishes, the chef will show the richness of the Region of Murcia, combining traditional flavours with more modern techniques. His proposal is a tribute to the authenticity of the ingredients and the culture of Murcia.
