Chef at Frases (Murcia)

He started out as a cook in 2015 in a traditional cuisine restaurant, where he became head chef.where he got to know himself and discovered that he wanted to dedicate himself to cooking. In 2018 he opened the restaurant Frases in the centre of Murcia, together with his partner María Egea, who is the head waiter. The project was born as a small and intimate restaurant, but in 2022 the whole establishment was reformed and took on a more gastronomic feel.

Iniesta was a finalist for the Cocinero Revelación award at Madrid Fusión in 2024, and his work at the helm of Frases has also been recognised with a recommendation in the Michelin guide, the T de Oro from Tapas magazine for best creative restaurant, and the Premio de la gastronomía murciana for best creative restaurant.
