Renowned chef Paul Arrillaga will explain how a pintxo (tapas) bar works.
Paul Arrillaga, head chef at Zazpi, is a two-time Pintxos Champion of Gipuzkoa and has received the Basque Country's Most Promising Chef and Restaurant Award, among others. He runs Zazpi Gastrobar, which opened in 2014 and specialises in miniature cuisine, together with Maite Mújika.
Their gastronomic offerings feature a wide variety of pintxos characterised by an exquisite treatment of seasonal products, combining traditional stews with a touch of modern cuisine that will delight the most demanding palates.
He will make several recipes with local products from their amazing range of pintxos, which combine perfectly with the aromas and taste of a good beer like Keler.
