Once again, San Sebastian will be the venue for the "Oil Chef" competition.
In this activity, chefs will compete for the title of 'Oil Chef' in the 21st edition of the competition.
The aim of the competition is to promote the excellence and characteristics of extra virgin olive oil in the world of gastronomy and to increase its use as a basic ingredient and flavouring in the Mediterranean diet.
